Hi friends,

Join me in honoring my dear mother Karen on this Saturday, September 22nd as myself and "Karen's Crew", walk in honor of the lives lost due to heart disease. Four years ago, I lost my best friend, biggest supporter and my confident to a massive heart attack. She was 61 years old.

It's hard to believe but heart disease is still the #1 killer in out nation. Studies have shown, 20% of women under the age of 65 are more at risk of death due to heart disease.

My mum had a contagious heart for life and every single person in it, , making the American Heart Association a crucial organization in   You could do something to change that.

Team Karen's Crew will be walking together to honor someone who we lost way too soon. Although she may not be with us, I know for sure she's still with me every second of every day. My hope is by reading my story, you too will feel her higher love. 

This day will be a time of celebration, joy and inspiration to support one goal- to create a world free of heart disease.
