Hi, I’m Ethan! I was born with a special heart, and when I was 8 weeks old, I had a life‑saving heart surgery that helped my heart work the way it was meant to. Thanks to amazing doctors and the American Heart Association's support, I get to live a happy, healthy, and very active life!
I still visit my cardiologist every year to make sure my heart stays strong. My sister comes with me because she had heart surgery as a baby too. We go together, so it's not scary at all. It's just something we do together!
We both know our hearts make us unique, and a lot of other kids have special hearts too. That’s why my family and I are committed to helping the American Heart Association. They’ve helped give kids like us every opportunity to grow up strong, confident, and brave. We want to make sure other families get the same chance. Even the smallest donation helps more kids, babies, and families get the care and support they need.
