I am joining the American Heart Association and putting a little playspace into our workspace by participating in the Field Day event at our company. With a family history of heart related issues, I want to ensure that I am doing my part to give myself, my family and many others the best opportunity to live their best life!  I'm practicing my epic relay race skills, but I need your help to raise critical funds to help win against heart disease and stroke.
