Heart disease runs in my family.  My mom passed away at the age of 42 from a heart attack, I was 19 and my brother was 17.  I have tried to be extremely mindful of the affects of heart disease and the ways I can minimize the risk for myself.  

This year I am joining the American Heart Association and putting a little playspace into our workspace by participating in the Field Day event at our company. I'm practicing my epic relay race skills, but I need your help to raise critical funds to help people in our community win against heart disease and stroke. Let the games begin!
