Team TL STL - I am joining the American Heart Association and putting a little playspace into our workspace by participating in the Field Day event at C.A. Carlin. 

We are putting our skills to the test in the following manners:

1. Movement Challenges - Am Workout = All day on the move!
2. Hydration Challenges - Man cannot live on Coffee Alone!
3. Wear Red on Wednesdays - Not just for Sunday Victories!
4. Lunch and Learns - Always surround yourself with Smart people!
5. Fundraising for the Cause - Helping make a lasting Impact!
