My Dad will always be MY WHY.
I cannot believe that my Dad has been gone for almost 7 years. My Dad had an unexpected cardiac arrest 4 days after he turned 68 on 8/14/2018 (4 days after his birthday) and sadly he didn't survive. We had no idea that he had any heart issues at all and if there were any warning signs, they were def missed by us and his doctor. My mission and now passion is to bring awareness that your heart is your most precious and delicate jewel, therefore, it needs to be taken care of. There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think about him and wonder if we could have prevented this.
