My Why: Walking for My Mom, Walking for Change!
Join me in supporting the American Heart Association!
Fifteen years ago, I lost my mother to a sudden heart attack. It was unexpected, heartbreaking, and life-changing. She was the heart of our family—kind, strong, and full of love. I walk in her memory, to honor her life and to help prevent other families from experiencing the same loss.
Heart disease is the leading cause of death for women in the U.S., but together, we can change that. By raising awareness, funding research, and showing up for this cause, we’re taking steps—literally and figuratively—toward a future with more survivors, more time, and more hope.
This walk is personal. It’s powerful. And it’s a promise to keep fighting.
Thank you for supporting my journey. ð’
