?? My Story
Heart health has always been personal for me. I've had high blood pressure most of my adult life, and it's something I talk about regularly with my doctors. Over time, I've learned how important it is to really understand your risks - especially for women, who often don't realize they could be in danger until something serious happens.
I'm also a big believer that everyone should know basic CPR and how to use an AED (those defibrillator machines you see in schools, gyms, and offices). You don't have to be a medical professional to save a life - just a little training and awareness can make all the difference when seconds matter.
For me, the Heart Walk isn't just about raising money - it's about raising awareness and encouraging people to take charge of their own health. Every step helps fund education, research, and training that truly saves lives.
I walk to help others take action, know their risks, and maybe even save a life one day.
