On April 22nd of this year I unexpectedly lost my dad to a heart attack. My life and life of my mother and the lives of everyone who loved him will never be the same again. However, out of darkness comes light.
I've decided to participate in the American Heart Association's Heart Walk to raise awareness about prevention and early detection efforts, raise funds for research and medical treatments, and help more people become CPR certified to hopefully save more lives.
