My son was born with a Shone's complex that evolved into HLHS. He underwent a Norwood surgery at 4 days old and will go on to get his Glenn and Fontan. We feel very fortunate that these options were available to him. We walk as a thank you to the American Heart Association and in hopes that research continues to evolve and give kids like Wesley more opportunities!
