Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!
My "Why" is our son, Nathan. A heart condition took him from us almost eight years ago. He was a great son, brother, nephew and friend to MANY. He was very loved and will always be very missed but never forgotten. This is the 7th year for "Team Nate" and one of our favorite ways to keep his name and memory alive. The walk takes place in the Cleveland Flats and is a lot of fun. Looking to another great walk!!
