About 10 years ago I began having a lot of physical issues: loss of vision, numbness, forgetting how to do every day things and the names of things. After a lot of neurology and cardiology appointments with different doctors, I found out I had had a stroke because of a bi-cuspid aortic valve. The blood was pooling in that valve and caused me to have a stroke that affected many different parts of my brain.
I'm under a cardiologist's care and several pills a day to keep me from having any more issues. I'm so very thankful for my wonderful cardiologist Dr. John Miller for taking such good care of me and helping me to live a normal life.
