We’re walking this year in loving memory of Dr. Narinder Saini (Springfield), who supported the Dayton Indian community for over 30 years with a passion for helping people prevent and manage heart disease through integrative medicine. He deeply believed in the power of lifestyle changes—meditation, nutrition, and stress management—to reverse heart disease, and he shared his own journey in two books. Dr. Saini lived a full, vibrant life far beyond expectations, and while we mourn his passing last year, we honor his legacy by joining the Heart Walk.
