Executives with Heart: A Movement Where Leadership Meets Lifesaving


Executives with Heart unites top local leaders around one goal: ensuring one person in every household is ready to save a life with CPR. While 61% of people are unsure of what to do in a cardiac emergency, these leaders are working to change that. They’re leading by example through donating, rallying their networks to do the same, and spreading lifesaving CPR education, all leading up to a celebration at the Heart Walk.

22 Year of walking the Heart Mini!

Celebrate with me as we walk our 22nd Heart Mini. This years goal is to have 64 or more people on our team for the 2026 Heart Mini. You can walk either virtually or downtown Cincinnati at the Heart Mini events on Sunday, March 15, 2026.

We walk to prevent heart disease and stroke. In 2011 I was diagnosed with Moya Moya disease and had a cerebral bypass. A cerebal bypass is the brain's equivalent of a coronary bypass in the heart. The goal of bypass surgery is to restore blood supply to the brain and prevent strokes.
 
If you can't walk with us please help in raising money for the American Heart Association. Please donate $22.00 (to celebrate my 22nd year of walking the Heart Mini) towards the life saving research they fund. I would not be here with out it. The great thing is that most of the funding stays in the Greater Cincinnati Area.
