I'm excited to participate and be a coach for this year's Heart Walk to support the American Heart Association.
I’m not just walking. I'll be Heart walking...and I'm inviting you to join my team this year, so that we can save lives together, literally. Our participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day. This is important to me because I personally know people who were affected by heart diseases and stroke. By joining my team and raising funds, we may help bridge the gap in research to reduce death and disability from cardiovascular diseases and stroke.
