I am walking for the 15th year in a row with Zurich. My family and I walk in memory of my father-in-law Ron Skidmore, who passed away at the young age of 55 from a heart attack. My children and I never got to meet this wonderful man. My brother also survived a heart attack in 2014. He has made many changes to his health and we are thankful that he is still with us.
I’m not just walking. I’m Heartwalking. My participation in Heart Walk promotes fun ways to be physically active and make healthier choices every day.
