After my mom passed away in 2010 from a heart attack, preceded by a lifetime of heart complications, we put together a team and completed the American Heart Association Heart Walk in her name.
My dad passed away in April of this year from heart disease, so when the opportunity presented itself to raise money for AHA through a Heart Walk as a part of Milliman, I didn't hesitate to join.
While my mom's heart failure may not have been prevented (although her life was extended), my dad's possibly could have been. Can you help to promote heart health and research by supporting my walk?
