Heart health is personal for me because it's impacted many family members but most especially my Dad. Despite having a heart of gold and being a beautiful soul all my life, he's faced heart disease late in his life. Thanks to his dedication to positive lifestyle changes and amazing doctors, he is in a much better place today than he was 3 years ago.
