I walk because I know that with every step, I am saving lives.
We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. I know that I am also a survivor.
Here is my story:
In early, 2018, I walked into the hospital for a general check up and was told that I was having a heart attack. It was sudden, unexpected and very scary. Three days later I walked out of the hospital with two stents and a whole of gratitude for the support from family, friends and medical staff. I am grateful that I was able to get help on time. Most are not! We have to change that. Will you help me?
