I know heart disease too well!
My dad passed in 2018 and my uncle, his brother two weeks prior. Both from heart disease they battled for years alone with 6 of his other siblings. They had a live out loud attitude and made the best of their lives but not without pain and hurdles.
My mom passed away in 2019 after a series of falls and other medical events, eventually a massive heart attack took her life.
I am truly appreciative for the amazing doctors at American Heart Association and the research that is done for a healthier America.
