This year I am participating in my 15th consecutive American Heart Association Heart Walk. The need for research & support for heart related conditions continues to be critically important.
In the past I walked to support survivors and also to support future people that may be impacted by heart-related issues. We are so very fortunate that all 3 of our kids are happy and healthy. However, I know that many families are impacted by various heart conditions and I cannot imagine the emotional and physical pain families and children endure as a result. So, I continue to walk for the current and future generations that will be positively impacted by the amazing work of the American Heart Association.
2024: Goal of $5,000 with a personal match up to $5,000 for a total fundraising amount of $10,000!.....UPDATE: my supporters have been so generous that I am increasing my goal to $12,000!
