Help me be a Heart Walk Hero!
Question - how many of you don't know your grandparents or remember them? My paternal grandfather died when I was a young child. I am not sure if what I remember of him are actual memories or from stories shared with me. He died of a massive heart attack in his early 50's - the story shared with me is that he was walking to the corner store as he did everyday to go get a soda, he died on the sidewalk alone that day. Being a grandmother myself I want my grandchildren to know me not recall who I am from stories shared with them. I am sure we ALL have someone they have lost from heart disease or stroke. Help me help you and all of our families fight against losing more loved ones!
