For the past few weeks, I've made a point of working out consistently for 20 minutes every single morning, no matter what. I've still added 1-2 hours on the weekend or mid-week as my schedule allows, but wanted to be intentional about doing something every single day. As we age, having heart-healthy habits is extremely important. As many of you know, IVF is also part of my life, and it's especially important to take care of your heart as an IVF patient. In October, I'm walking to support heart health research, advocacy, and patient care.
Do your heart good and donate to my campaign today. Your gift helps fund research that could cure heart disease and stroke!
I walk because I know that with every step, I am saving lives.
We're all tied to heart disease and stroke in some way. We have to change that. Will you help me?
The American Heart Association is dedicated to fighting heart disease and stroke - from clogged arteries to infections, heart disease covers a lot of ground. It's not just one thing, but a group of conditions that affect your heart and body in different ways. It can lead to problems like heart attacks and strokes, and it's THE most common cause of death for both men and women in the United States.
Your donation will fund groundbreaking research that literally keeps hearts beating and helps people have longer, healthier lives.
Have a heart and help me reach my goal today.
