Over the past year and a half, heart health has become an important part of my life. One of my sisters survived a heart attack and was recently diagnosed with Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy. Another one of my sisters also has a heart condition. Since October, I've been working in the Heart Failure Clinic as the Medication Management Navigator, which has also deepened my connection to this cause.
