Our most precious Emma Ann Rhodes blessed our family on September 7, 2024. She was born with a congenital heart defect that has resulted in her spending most of her first year of life in the hospital recovering from multiple open heart surgeries and numerous other medical procedures. Her parents, Jack and Sarah Rhodes, chose a very fitting theme her first birthday "One-der Woman". She is strong and has amazed us all over the past year. She is our heart hero!
I am walking for her, my sweet granddaughter Emma, and all other children and families affected by congenital heart disease.
