When we talk about the Heart Walk, people always ask, "Why are you walking?"  It's important to share our stories and support each other.  I have many reasons for walking.  Within my immediate family, one member is recovering from a stroke she had in July 2020.  Another family member was diagnosed with a heart condition last week.  I lost two grandparents to heart disease when I was young.  And, I have friends who are going through the exact same thing.  I walk for those that I have lost to heart disease for those that I am trying to save from heart disease.  SHARE, because you can.  REGISTER to walk, because you can.  GIVE, because you can.  And, WALK, because you can.  Thank you for doing your part!
