We are riding in honor of our colleague Jeanne Basior, who battles daily as a stroke survivor.
I'm also riding in honor of so many more survivors, namely my mom Cathy Connery and her twin, my aunt Marie Venti.
We ride for the patients and families of every stroke and cardiac victim that we can save, and sadly sometimes cannot.
We ride on the day Damar Hamlin returns to Cincinnati, proof that immediate hands only CPR works to save lives.
