SEVEN YEARS AGO, August 1, 2015, I had a heart attack! 48 years old young, fit, healthy lifestyle, happy! I am so grateful for all of my special loved ones that make my life so precious every day, and feel fortunate to be here celebrating 7 years! We all know someone who has had a heart attack or stroke, survivors or maybe sadly, not! Heart disease is the #1 killer so PLEASE do your heart some good and donate to this cause for PREVENTION, AWARENESS, EDUCATION, & RESEARCH and WALK!
